Montblanc Great Characters Andy Warhol Special Edition ballpoint pen

A rare new Montblanc Great Characters Andy Warhol Special Edition ballpoint pen by Montblanc.

This one has been used however only a few times presented in excellent condition and is complete with all its boxes and booklets.

The Great Characters Edition Andy Warhol is paying tribute to one of the major proponents of the Pop Art Movement. With his striking works, Andy Warhol broke down the barriers between ‘high art’ and ‘commercial art’ and made a sensation turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. The complementary contrast between the cobalt blue precious resin of the barrel and the narrow orange rings on the cone and forepart reflect the colour variations in Warhol’s Colored Campbell’s Soup can series from 1965, which are also carefully worked into the stainless steel cap.

The pen works with a twist mechanism and is fitted with a black ink refill.

The pen comes complete with its outer card box,  presentation case info booklets ( a little wear to the outer boxes )
