These special edition pens were released in 2014 to commemorate 90 Years of the Meisterstuck. The barrel and cap are crafted from black precious resin, with the trim being rose gold-plated.

At the top of the cap is the famous Montblanc emblem and around the clip ring it reads  Germany and has its unique serial number, around the center reads Montblanc Meisterstuck.

The pens cap is screw on and the pen is a piston filler so requires a ink bottle to fill

The pens nib is stunning made from 14K and unique to this model has the 90 on the nib made from 14k rose gold, the nib is a F = fine in size

The pen is fully boxed, includes, presentation case, card sleeve, outer white card box, info book, service guide book and out of date warranty card
