This one has been Used so has some normal traces of use, NOTE the pen has the name Richard Eyre engraved on the cap see photos, this name could be removed by a silversmith.

The Montblanc Octavian was introduced in 1993 as a tribute to the Roman emperor – Octavian Augustus, it is considered one the most beautiful pens in the Patron of Art series. It is the second Patron of Art offering by Montblanc.

The pen is made from black resin with 925 sterling silver overlay with spider in web design.

Launched in 1993, the Montblanc Octavian series is limited to 4,810 fountain pens.

The pens cap is screw on and the pen is a piston filler.

The pens nib is made from 18K gold with spider design and is a  M= medium in size.

The pen is not boxed.
