This rare limited edition set has never been used never inked and comes fully boxed
Montblanc have released a writers limited edition every year since 1992 and the Cervantes is from 2005
Information from Montblanc
The design of the Writers Edition Miguel Cervantes was inspired by the windmills whose shape is reflected in the writing instrument and the clip. Their form, tapering in opposite directions, symbolizes the different characters of the hero Don Quixote and his squire Sancho Panza.
The body of the Edition shines in brown marbled lacquer and is embellished with the writers signature. The handmade solid 18kt gold nib is delicately engraved with the outline of a windmill.
The set consists of a fountain pen, ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil.
The fountain pen is a piston filler so requires a ink bottle to fill, the nib is made from 18K gold and is a M= medium in size.
The ballpoint works with a twist mechanism and is fitted with a new black ink refill.
The pencil works with a twist mechanism and is fitted with a eraser and accepts 0.7mm leads
The pen set is complete with all its boxes and documents this includes, book style presentation case, outer card box and info / warratty cards
