Reliable transaction.

I purchased a new and unused MontBlanc StarWalker platinum and Resin Fine liner from Steve.

The pen was a fraction of the price of buying a brand new one from a shop and came with its original paperwork, still under warranty and fully boxed.

The pen arrived with me next day by special delivery and is beautiful.

If you are looking for a luxury pen Steve’s customer is second to none and the selections of pens is just amazing!

I bought these two pens about three weeks apart. Based on the excellent service when I bought the 149, I later bought the 145. There is always a risk in buying ‘on-line’ ranging from unfair descriptions to downright fakes and I particularly liked the fair and honest descriptions of the items together with the detailed photographs- it means there are no nasty surprises when the item is delivered and, of course, the guarantee you are buying a genuine pre-loved product The pens were really nicely packaged especially as mine were purchased without the original presentation box (which I knew). Delivery was quick and very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend to any prospective buyer.

Steve was very professional and provided swift responses to my queries. When I sent my ST Dupont pen, he found that the nib was in fact damaged (I hadn’t realised) and he generously and promptly returned the pen to me free of charge by special delivery. He also helpfully provided contact details of where I might be able to get the nib repaired rather than returning it to Dupont which would be more expensive. All very impressive.

Sold three pens and bought the Montblanc Edgar Allan Poe Writers Edition. All transactions were smooth and quick. Have bought pens before from Dylan Stephen, but first time I have sold. Highly recommended, and courteous service.
